Cosmic Chaos is calling on Uteps' talented students to share their creative work featuring alternative futures, dystopian realities, cosmic horrors, or any experimental work that explores science, technology, space, and time. We are seeking visual art, poetry, fiction, nonfiction, and literary reviews that fit our first issue's sci-fi theme. We accept entries in both English and Spanish.

• All works must be submitted via email to nexusbinding@gmail.com as a Word document (.doc or .docx).

• Please include a cover letter with a short, third-person bio.

• All works must be your original, unpublished creations (including blogs, social media, websites, or campus publications). No AI-Generated submissions will be considered for publication.

• Use Times New Roman, 12-point, double-spaced font with 1-inch margins on all sides. Submissions must be free of typographical and grammatical errors.

Creative Submissions

• Prose: submit up to one CNF and/or Fiction pieces of up to 1500 words total

• Verse: submit up to three Poetry submissions total

• Visual Arts: submit up to three pieces of visual art as .jpg or .png files total

• Literary Criticism: submit up to one Literary Review piece of up to 1500 words total
